Our highly regarded Alzheimer's / dementia program is located in our designated atrium, featuring large sunny windows and colorful flowers and plants. The program offers residents comfort, stimulation, and socialization in a secure environment. Dining at Park Avenue Extended Care is enjoyable as residents choose from a wide variety of healthy and nutritious meals prepared by our professionally trained chefs. Our registered dietitian develops a customized menu for each resident based on individual food preferences and medical status. Kosher food is available.
